Good...not great, but good. Kinda felt like a filler issue actually...but I do want to find more about this northern general...

I won an auction last night for 14 issues of the classic comic book series "Elflord" by Barry Blair. If you've read Poison Elves, Elflord was one of the biggest influences.

It's dark as hell, full of bloodshed, angst and other fun fantasy-type things. My brother and I used to collect it together, which, if you know Steve, means you won't be surprised to hear that he ended up with all the comics when we moved apart. (Steve was definitely a believer in "What's Mine Is Mine, What's Yours Will Probably Be Mine, and What's Ours Isn't Even Worth Talking About."...not that he stole things, that was bjeorn's tactic...Steve was just really territorial, and once something ended up in his room, it was like it was held by the grip of a black hole.)

*shrug* No real point to this post, but if you like fantasy and comics, I'd recommend checking out the series. If you like reading about interesting people, do a search on Mr. Blair...he sounds like a great character all on his own.
